We want you to love your order. That’s why you have 21 days from delivery to return or exchange any item.

One Free Size Exchange: Every customer gets one free size exchange per order — try it on at home, and if the fit isn’t right, we’ll cover the cost to send you the correct size.

Additional Exchanges: After the first free exchange, you can still swap sizes by covering the return shipping cost.

Other Returns: A flat $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Condition: Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Trying on is fine, but items that have been worn out, washed, or damaged cannot be accepted.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the item.

*Please note: Due to the custom nature of certain items — especially limited artist collaborations or personalized pieces — we’re only able to accept returns on those if the product arrives damaged or defective. Please contact our team to file a return case.

Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days from the time you place your order.

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–4 business days within the U.S., depending on your location.

We also offer express shipping options at checkout if you need it sooner.

Please note: During holidays, sales, or collection drops, fulfillment times may be slightly delayed due to higher demand.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. As a growing brand, we’re currently focused on serving our U.S.-based community with fast, reliable domestic fulfillment.

International shipping is something we’re actively exploring as we expand, and we can’t wait to offer our products worldwide in the future.
